OUR STORY
My name is Lisa Koxlien and I founded Koxlien Properties in 2003 and started managing properties in 2010. I have selected locations where my husband and I like to visit and stay and treat each of my properties like my own personal home. Since I only get to enjoy my property during part of the year, I decided to share my beautiful properties with others.
Koxlien Properties currently manages four vacation rentals and a commercial office building. Our mission is to offer you a stunning home/condo in a wonderful location with all the amenities of home. The homes/condo all have high quality linens, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchens, superior decor, clean, and comfortable places to stay. We are a Premier Partner with VRBO and our response rate with VRBO is 100%. We take tremendous pride in providing top customer service. We communicate with each guest before, during and after their stay via text messaging, email and phone calls. We are available 24/7, 365 days a year! Guest information signs are posted throughout each property to make it easy to contact us. We pride ourselves on our happy clients, many whom are repeat guests. A full 42% of our 2019 bookings are returning guests and bookings are up 26% and nights rented are up 25%. In addition, ALL of our 2018 guest reviews were 5-star ratings! Our response rate ranking and market ranking is in the top half of all listed properties. All of our properties are impeccable. We have a dedicated, professional housekeeping and maintenance staff and take a proactive approach through inspection and maintenance of each property to ensure that it meets high quality standards.
